Our Causes
Premature babies
Bundles of joy
One of our main causes here at Matthew Woodman foundation creates Ray of Light boxes which we donate to families with premature babies. On average over 6000 babies a year in Scotland are born premature and many families find themselves unprepared for their sudden and early arrivals. Our boxes include 3 baby outfits from 1lb to 5lb, muslin squares, a blanket hand knitted hats and mittens. We also include a small crochet octopus with knitted tentacles which resemble the umbilical cord and can soothe baby when placed in their tint hands.
Less fortunate
Helping Others
One of the main reasons Matthew Woodman foundation was founded in 2019. We’ve dedicated a lot of man-hours and invested countless resources to this charitable cause, and hope you’ll help us continue this work. We have been donating basic necessities to people in hospital from shower gel to sanitary products.
